Spain is a complex country made up of the medieval kingdoms of Asturias, Castile, León, Galicia, Navarra and Aragon and where there are five spoken languages; Castilian Spanish, Gallego (Galician), Euskara (Basque), Catalan and Occitan (an official language of Catalonia).

Morocco is an anciet land, first inhabited more that than 300,000 years ago. The Moors began their invastion of the Iberian Peninsula (Andalus) in 711 AD, which lasted until 1492. Modern Morocco was founded in the 8th-century (791) by Idriss I, a decendat of Ali. Morocco was one of the first countries to reconize the new American Republic (1777).
